Learning Activity 8 Digital Imaging
I chose this design style for the exercise because I wanted to give each photo similar importance and a basic design made sense. Ive narrowed the three domestic related photos in the middle to a band and focused in a little more on the nature shots, and the green bags are an attempt to try and tie the rows together.
I used the jpeg option for this blog post as it was small, quick, and good enough quality to be veiwed on a computer monitor.

Promote Blog Excercise (re-submision)
This is my second attempt at this exercise. I changed the "Drop in..." font type and position to give it a more dynamic look.

Design Module Learning Activity 13
This image was done with photoshop using layers and the warp-tool. I chose this quote because I could immediately visualise what I would do with the words "Big Shadow"

This one hase been cropped to remove distracting and unnecessary parts of the photo.
This was cropped to change the dynamic of the photo to make the light look almost like a UFO that might rise into the trees above.

Learning activity 8 Grids
Grids indicated in red.
This example does not adhere to a grid as the text at the top-left is on an angle compared with the text below it. Also the red circular 'sticker' design at lower right is on a different angle and randomly placed in relation to other text.
The layout of the images in this example is obviously in an off-set hexagonal pattern with the text at top and bottom not in relation to this.
Andy Warhols "Marylin Monroe"
This magazine image seems to demonstrate a fairly tight grid.
